Welcome to Sales Summit 2025, an event brought to you by Profit Playbook ("we", "us", or "our"), designed to connect real estate investors with the knowledge, strategies, and network needed to thrive in today’s market. By purchasing a ticket and participating in Sales Summit 2025, you ("you", "your", or "participant") agree to these Terms of Participation, which govern your attendance and participation in the event.
Event Details & Changes
We reserve the right to modify the event's date, location, agenda, speakers, or any other detail to better serve our attendees' needs or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify participants of significant changes in a timely manner.
Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 30 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, due to non-recoverable costs such as catering.
Should we cancel the event, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the event. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct.
Access Restrictions and Right of Removal
We reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or remove any participant from Sales Summit 2025 without prior notice and without refund, compensation, or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to speakers, other participants, staff, or property.
Participants are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the event and prohibition from future events:
- Harassment of any kind, including verbal, physical, or visual harassment.
- Disorderly conduct, including the use of foul language, intoxication, or possession of illegal substances.
- Any action that poses a safety risk or disrupts the event proceedings.
- Unauthorized solicitation or distribution of materials.
This list is not to be considered all-inclusive.
We are not liable for any personal expenses incurred by participants who are removed from the event under this policy.
Age Requirement
Sales Summit 2025 is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the event. By registering for this event, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Valid photo identification may be required for event entry to verify the age of participants.
Intellectual Property
The content presented at Sales Summit 2025, including all materials, presentations, and discussions, is the proprietary intellectual property of the speakers, organizers, or Profit Playbook. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of event materials is prohibited.
Privacy & Data Use
The information collected from participants during registration will be used solely for event organization purposes, such as registration, notifications, and updates related to Sales Summit 2025 Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on our data use practices.
Liability Waiver
By participating in Sales Summit 2025, you agree to release Profit Playbook, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to accidents, injuries, or damages to property during the event.

Event Participation at Your Sole Risk: Your attendance and participation in Sales Summit 2025 and any related services ("the Event") are entirely at your and, if applicable, your company's sole risk. The Event and all associated content, materials, and information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Profit Playbook, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, and content providers, expressly disclaims all such warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Guarantees on Event Content or Services: We do not guarantee that:

While the information provided at the event is shared in good faith and based on the proven experiences of our speakers and educators, Profit Playbook does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes as a result of attending the event.
